DEPOSITS & DISCOVERIES

Since 2013 Frontier has delineated two premium spodumene bearing lithium deposits on the property, located 2.3 km apart. Recently, Frontier confirmed the presence of spodumene with the Bolt pegmatite, between PAK and Spark deposits and the Pennock pegmatite occurrence a further 30 km along the Project.

PAK Deposit

The PAK deposit has a mineral reserve in proven and probable category of 5.77 MT averaging 2.06% LI2O. The deposit hosts a rare technical/ceramic grade spodumene with low inherent iron (below 0.1% Fe2O3).

  • 500m strike length 300m deep estimated true width varying from 10 to 125m with a sub-vertical orientation (estimated average of 45m)

  • PAK is qualified by glass/ceramics market with a direct ship ore sample. The qualification cost was equally shared with the end user.

SPARK Deposit

The “2019 Discovery of the year award” winning Spark Deposit has a mineral resource estimate of 3.2 MT averaging 1.59% Li2O in indicated and 12.2 MT averaging 1.36% Li2O in inferred category, as per NI 43-101 Technical Report, “PAK prefeasibility study, Spark resource estimation” by WSP Canada Inc. updated on March 23, 2020.

  • At surface at least 2 times larger than the PAK pegmatite, widths greater than 100m, strike length of more than 300m.

  • The Spark mineral grades and composition are similar to PAK Lithium Deposit and they are 2.3 km apart.

Bolt Pegmatite

A recently uncovered significant pegmatite zone along trend of the Spark and PAK pegmatites. It has been traced intermittently over 600 m. Similarly, to PAK, it has been intruded concordant with the main trend of the host rock.

  • The pegmatite has been traced for over 600 m with zones up to 50 m wide;

  • A 36.4 m portion of the pegmatite was channeled returning 1.5% Li2O over the entire length;

  • It is concordant with host rock and appears to be vertically emplaced.

Pennock Pegmatite

A historical LCT Pegmatite showing 30 km northwest of the PAK Lithium Deposit was confirmed by channel sampling.

  • The outcrop consists entirely of spodumene and quartz intergrowth (SQUI);

  • The entire channel of 16 metres grades 2% Li2O with a 12 m zone averaging 2.35% Li2O;

  • The channel is part of a 1.5 km long pegmatite dyke;

  • Substantiates fertility of Ontario’s Electric Avenue for high-quality LCT pegmatites hosting rare low-iron spodumene.
